Among them: Sonti – a line of natural fruit juices, and Every Day – a dairy product range focused on freshness and simplicity. Each brand was developed from scratch: from product formulation and packaging to retail positioning and supply chain coordination.
The main challenge was entering saturated shelf space — I solved it by building strong emotional positioning and ensuring operational reliability. We focused on product quality, visual clarity, and immediate consumer trust.

Project Overview, Challenges & Solutions:
Cardio.AI is an innovative cardiac monitoring service using a compact, wireless biosensor and an AI-powered interpretation platform. The patient wears a medical patch for 7 days, while AI continuously analyzes ECG data and detects risks in real time.
The key challenge was eliminating the discomfort and inefficiency of traditional Holter monitoring. Our solution: a user-friendly, non-invasive device and an AI engine that reduces interpretation time from days to hours.
We also built a model that requires no clinic visits — reducing load on healthcare facilities and improving access for patients.

We created an innovative Wi-Fi monetization platform for retail environments. When customers connect to free in-store Wi-Fi, they are first shown a 15-second promotional reel featuring current deals and loyalty offers. After viewing, they receive internet access along with a dynamic QR coupon — e.g., “10% off coffee, valid for 30 minutes.”
The key challenge was combining user experience, reliable connectivity, and measurable marketing value. We implemented captive portals with AI-personalized offers and backend analytics to track coupon usage and in-store behavior.
